Carpenters/Framers
As a Carpenter/Framer, you will construct, erect, install, and repair structures using carpenter’s tools and conforming to local building codes and perform carpentry tasks in accordance with standard practices of the trade.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Structurally frame walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and stairs.
Prepare layout of walls; erect framework for structures and lay sub flooring; erect prefabricated walls; align and fasten panel walls.
Lay out, measure, and mark wood or other materials, using measuring tapes and squares.
Cut and shape wood or other materials, using hand and power tools.
Join and assemble materials using nails, screws, staples, or glues.
Check accuracy of work with levels, plumb bobs, or framing squares. Make adjustments when needed.
Complete miscellaneous framing details to get units ready for framing inspection and the next phase of construction.
Estimate the amount of lumber or other materials needed. Inform supervisor.
Break down lumber bundles and move lumbers.
Assist in lifting, positioning and securing of materials and work pieces during installation.
Organize and maintain a clean & orderly job site and work vehicle.
Maintain condition of assigned tools and equipment.
Carry tools and parts onto job site. Conduct minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

Painter-Residential, Commercial and New Construction
Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touch-ups, and coordinating large painting projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply paint to surfaces including , walls, floors, doors, and cabinets.
Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes.
Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting.
Clean walls to ensure proper adherence.
Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection.
Calculate amounts of required materials and USE SUPPLIES IN A COST EFFECTIVE MANNER, LESS WASTE
Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
Erect scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; moves furniture and equipment as necessary.
Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers prior to painting.
Tape off areas when needed.
Apply touchups or second coats.
Remove paint splatters when finished.
Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns.
Utilize spray guns for large jobs.
Work on ladders to reach high ceilings or walls.

Drywall/Sheetrock Installer, Residential
Responsible for installing wall boards to ceilings or to interior walls of buildings and applying plaster. Smoothes out imperfections with trowels and shackle. Applies coats of compound after panels are mounted to walls or ceiling.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply drywall to walls or ceilings.
Fasten drywall panels to the inside framework of building.
Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints.
Smooth out imperfections.
Work with ceiling tile installers to build walls.
Read blueprints and designs.
Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels.
Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing.
Screw panels to wood or metal framework.
Use a lift to place ceiling panels.
Fill joints in-between panels with spackle.
Use trowels to spread spackle.
Press paper tape into compound.
Smooth away excess material.
Cover nail and screw depressions with spackle.
Apply second and third coats of compound.

HVAC Serviceman

BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION
General Function: Performs a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Investigates problems and performs repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
2. Performs preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating and cooling systems.
3. Monitors and inspects heating and cooling systems to ensure continued proper operation.
4. Locates, picks up, and delivers parts required for department needs.
5. Assists in monitoring the work of lower level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction and training, serving as information resource and reviewing completed projects.
6. Checks and changes air filters on a regular basis.
7. Assesses drain problems and performs any needed repairs
.8. Installs humidifiers into system and connects water and drain pipes.
9. Determines amount of airflow required to keep carbon dioxide at a safe level; ensures this level is maintained.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Supervisor
Direction Given: Responsible for directing and monitoring the work of student and/or temporary employees with some supervisory responsibilities such as monitoring and reviewing the work of lower-level employees.
Minimum Requirements: Requires basic knowledge in a specific area obtained through training after high school and two years HVAC experience; a valid driver’s license

CDL Delivery Driver
This position delivers ice to customers in articulated vehicles (tractor-trailers) that require a CDL Class A license. Drivers are either assigned a delivery route or transport truckloads of ice to specific customer locations. The delivery region, route, and type of equipment operated is subject to change depending on business needs. Must be willing to report to Thomasville, GA to begin shift.
Daily delivery routes could include routes to Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and maintain a clean company truck in a safe and professional manner.
Perform pre/post trip inspections, comply with state/federal hours of service requirements, and operate the vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations.
Unload, deliver, and rotate ice at customer and other designated locations using a safe, courteous, and service-oriented method.
Produce invoices for each delivery and complete all other required paperwork.
Responsible for the safe operation, working condition, and inventory of all driver "tools", including: handhelds, printers, handcarts, and handtrucks.
Report all accidents and injuries, regardless of severity.
Pick up equipment as directed.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have a High School education or GED. Three years previous route delivery driver experience preferred. Must have basic math skills and exceptional customer relations skills.
Must have Current DOT physical
Must bring copy of DMV MVR Driving Record to Interview (you can pick it up at your local DMV for around $5)

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to drive in stressful environments. Unloads, loads, and rotates product in merchandisers. Required to lift 40 lbs throughout the day. Required to work in all weather conditions.
PAY Depends on experience, you will receive a pay increase when training is completed and you begin your own scheduled route. Opportunity for overtime.

Automobile Mechanic for local Dealership
Air Conditioning Certification and experience is preferred.
Master Mechanic preferred.

General Laborer
To work under supervision to perform a variety of strenuous unskilled and semi-skilled tasks.

The Registered Nurse, (RN), assumes primary leadership accountability and responsibility for milieu management as well as directing patient care activities of other nursing staff.
