Lead Automotive Technician

HERS is recruiting an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to immediately join our team.  Must have a working knowledge and at least three-year’s experience as an automotive technician.  The automotive technician will be responsible for leading and assigning work to automotive mechanics as well as oversee servicing and repair of vehicles.  This full-time position offers $12 - $16 per hour in pay based on experience.  Successful candidate must have their own tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial electrician experience;
  • Driver’s License with clean driving record and personal, reliable transportation;
  • Must have your own tools;
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening.


 
Reach Truck Operator

HERS has an immediate position available for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our team in a warehouse facility.  We are looking for dependable, energetic employees with great attitudes and take pride in their work to join the team. This is a 40 hour a week position that works the night shift (4 pm – 12:30 am).  This position requires a minimum of 2 years of Reach Truck or Stand-Up Fork Lift experience is required.  Must be drug free and have reliable transportation.  Must be able to read, decode and decipher freight coding.  This full-time position is offering $12.00-$14.00 per hour based upon experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck/Stand-Up Fork Lift experience required;
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening are required.


 
Commercial Electrician Foreman

HERS is recruiting an experienced Commercial Electrician Foreman to immediately join our team.  Must have a working knowledge and at least five-year’s experience as a commercial electrician.  The electrician will be responsible for running conduit, pulling wire, and connecting fixtures, receptables, equipment and panels following electrical drawings.  This full-time position offers $15 - $25 per hour in pay based on experience.  Successful candidate MUST be able to work occasional overtime and MUST be able to go out of town with travel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial electrician experience;
  • Driver’s License and personal, reliable transportation;
  • Presentable dress and hygiene;
  • Knowledge of material and proper use and installation;
  • Demonstrated experience in a project foreman role;
  • Ability to operate smartphone technology;
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English;
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of electric, battery-operated and manual hand tools;
  • Must be comfortable with heights, as well as confined spaces;
  • Ability to accurately bend RIGID and EMT conduit up to 2”; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening.


 
Heavy Equipment Operator

HERS is recruiting a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator to immediately join our team.  Applicants must be familiar with all types of heavy equipment including the following types of heavy equipment: excavator, dozer, off-road truck operators, large forklifts, overhead cranes, and maintenance heavy equipment.  This is a 40-plus hour a week position that works in all weather conditions as well as nights and weekends when required.  This full-time position is offering $13.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening.


 
Industrial Building Maintenance/Industrial Lawn Care Technician

HERS is recruiting an experienced Industrial Building Maintenance/Lawn Care Technician to immediately join our team.  Must have a working knowledge and at least three-year’s experience in building maintenance.  The successful candidate will be responsible for general building maintenance and repairs as well as maintaining the grounds.  This full-time, year-round position offers compensation based on experience ranging from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.  Applicants must be able to pass a small on-site test.  Successful candidate should have prior experience in all phases of grounds maintenance including inside/outside building maintenance.  Successful candidate should have experience with a zero-turn lawn mower.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of building maintenance experience;
  • Pass on-site test; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening.


 
Millwrights with Welding Experience

HERS is recruiting Millwrights to join our team for turn around work at a plant.  Must have at least three-year’s experience as a Millwright.  The successful candidate should have experience in MIG/TIG/STICK welding and have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving mechanical problems.  Job will require successful candidates to be out of town for almost 3 weeks.  This full-time position is offering $16 to $22 per hour based on experience. Job requires experience as an industrial maintenance welder.

Requirements:

  • 3 years Millwright experience required;
  • Driver’s license and clean driving record required; and
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening.


 
Lead Residential HVAC Installer

HERS is looking to immediately hire a Lead HVAC Installer to join an established HVAC company. Must have a working knowledge and three to five-year’s experience in residential HVAC field to include: code requirements, standard field practices, trouble shooting, repair, installation and preventative maintenance for residential and light commercial HVAC systems as well as experience working with and fabricating sheet metal.  Become a member of a team devoted towards top craftsmanship and quality customer service.  This full-time job is offering $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

  • 3+ years of residential/light commercial instillation or HVAC service experience preferred.
